Tasks

Quick Start

Add tasks. Click + Task to drop a new row into your timeline.

Name & color. Type a task name on the left, then click the dot to pick a color.

Drag to position. Drag a bar to move it; drag the right edge to resize.

Make a milestone. Resize a bar all the way down — it snaps into a diamond marker.

Group with sections (optional). Click + Section for a labeled divider — drag its ⠿ handle to move it up or down.

Tune the timeline. Adjust columns, unit label, start number, and chart width above.

Export. Hit Export PNG to download a clean image you can paste straight into a slide.
